PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolving/stirring apparatus capable of efficiently dissolving material such as road marking paint by using power smaller than that of the conventional apparatus.SOLUTION: A dissolving/stirring apparatus comprises: a dissolution tank that is charged with material; and a stirring mechanism 3 for dissolving and stirring the material in the dissolution tank. The stirring mechanism comprises: a center shaft member 4 that is made to be a rotary shaft when at least the member's lower part is inserted into the dissolution tank and the member is rotatably supported; a drive source for performing rotary drive on the center shaft member; a plurality of connection members 6 whose base ends are fixed on the center shaft member and which externally extend in the radial direction from the center shaft member; a plurality of stirring bar units 7 that are fixed on tips of the plurality of connection members and are arranged in parallel with the center shaft member; an electric heating body 8 that is disposed inside a stirring bar unit and is made to perform heating by being energized; a wiring unit 9 that is made to extend from the upper end of the center shaft member and connect with the electric heating body through the inside of the center shaft member; and a power supply 10 connected to the wiring unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
