FLOATING FORMWORK DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTING BOTTOM FACE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating formwork device for constructing a bottom face of a reinforced concrete structure, which is superior in workability by removing a formwork easily, and can be reused and constructed at a low cost.SOLUTION: A floating formwork device 1 for constructing a bottom face of a reinforced concrete structure includes: a timbering 2 which is disposed on a lower structure 10; and a bottom formwork 3 for forming the bottom face of a reinforced concrete stand 13, which is supported by the timbering 2. The timbering 2 includes two elongated support members 4 which are vertically piled up. Each support member 4 has a displacement preventing part 6 which protrudes in a vertical direction above/below a contact face 5, where the support members contact each other, at both sides in a shorter direction of the contact face 5 at a position displaced toward one end from the center in a longitudinal direction. At least one support member 4 has an engagement part 7 for engaging with a separate pull-out jig at a position displaced toward the other end from the center in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 脱型が簡易に行えて施工性が良く、かつ再利用ができて低コストで施工できるＲＣ造体の底面施工用浮き型枠装置を提供する。【解決手段】 このＲＣ造体の底面施工用浮き型枠装置１は、下部構造体１０上に配置される支保工２と、この支保工２に支持されてＲＣ造架台１３の底面を成形する底型枠３とを備える。支保工２は互いに上下に重なり合う２つの細長形状の支持部材４からなる。各支持部材４は、長手方向の中央よりも一方端側の位置における互いの接触面５の短手方向の両側に接触面５よりも上下方向に突出する横ずれ防止部６を有する。また、少なくとも片方の支持部材４は、長手方向の中央よりも他方端側の位置に別設の引出し用治具を結合するための結合部７を有する。【選択図】 図１
