RAIN DOOR STORAGE SYSTEM WITH DIRECTION CONVERSION FUNCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move rain doors to a door pocket which is formed in a place other than a corner, to easily stack and store even a large number of the rain doors, and to restore the rain doors to a rain door rail.SOLUTION: Rain doors 2 which are moved up to a corner are floated by lifting tacks 4 embedded into centers of the rain doors by a jack 7 installed at the corner. Then, a direction is converted by rotating the rain doors. After that, the rain doors are moved up to a door pocket 3 by lowering the rain doors by releasing the jack. A storage rail and a pulley pedestal having a V-belt are installed in the door pocket, and the rain doors are lifted by the pulley pedestal, and pushed into the door pocket while being slid. As for the restoration of the rain doors to a rain door rail 6, a trench corresponding to a rain door width is formed at an end of the storage rail, the rain doors are stopped once, and thus, the rain doors can be surely restored to the rain door rail. As a mechanism for lifting the rain doors for the restoration to the rain door rail, the constitution for horizontally lifting the rain doors at two points can provide smooth restoration to the rain door rail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コーナー以外に設置した戸袋への雨戸の移動を可能とし、多い枚数の雨戸でも、楽に重ねて収納させると共に復帰させることを提供する。【解決手段】コーナーまで移動させてきた雨戸2を、コーナーに設置されたジャッキ7で雨戸の中央部に埋め込まれた鋲4を持ち上げることで雨戸を浮かせる。次に、雨戸を回転させて、方向変換を行う。その後、ジャッキを解除して雨戸を下ろして、戸袋3まで移動させる。戸袋に、収納用レール、Vベルトをもつプーリー台座を設置し、プーリー台座により雨戸を持ち上げた後、スライドさせて押し込む。雨戸の雨戸レール6への復帰については、収納用レールの端に雨戸幅に対応するトレンチを設置し、雨戸を一旦静止させることとで、雨戸レールへの復帰を確実なものとする。雨戸レールへ復帰させる為に持ち上げる仕組みは2点で水平に持ち上げる構成により雨戸レールへのスムーズな復帰が出来る。【選択図】図1
