PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding implement capable of easily attaching an extrusion member to a storage member.SOLUTION: An extruding implement comprises a storage member and an extrusion member (200). The storage member includes a storage part, a receiving part (120) and a discharge part, and the extrusion member (200) includes an extrusion shaft part (220) and a plurality of pressure contact parts (250). The plurality of the pressure contact parts protrude externally in a direction orthogonal to an axis from a portion on the outer peripheral surface of the extrusion shaft part (220), are separated from each other in the circumferential direction of the extrusion shaft part (220), and are able to come into pressure contact with the inner peripheral surface of the receiving part (120). The pressure contact parts (250) each have a shape to simultaneously continue to come into pressure contact with the inner peripheral surface of the receiving part (120) while a tip part (221) of the extrusion shaft part (220) is inserted by a predetermined stroke after the tip part (221) is inserted into the receiving part (120) along an extrusion direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
