CEMENT CLINKER HAVING EXCELLENT GRINDABILITY, AND PRODUCING METHOD AND EVALUATION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which grindability of clinker may be easily determined with rare earth element contained in ingredient as an indicator, a producing method based on the method and cement clinker in order to solve a problem that it is difficult to directly measure calcination temperature at inner section of kiln in calcination step for cement clinker, thus it is difficult to determine grindability of clinker based on molten state upon calcination.SOLUTION: There is provided cement clinker, and producing method and evaluation method thereof in which with respect to distribution coefficient (Kd) defined with ratio (Rb/Ra) of rare earth element concentration (Ra) of entire clinker relatively to rare earth element concentration (Rb) in clinker gap phase, distribution coefficient of La is 1.2 or less and distribution coefficient of Ce is 2.6 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セメントクリンカーの焼成工程において、キルン内部の焼成温度を直に測定するのは難しく、焼成時の融液状態に基づいてクリンカーの粉砕性を判断するのは困難であるのに対して、原料に含まれる希土類元素を指標としてクリンカーの粉砕性を容易に判断できる方法、および該方法に基づく製造方法およびセメントクリンカーを提供する。【解決手段】クリンカー全体の希土類元素濃度(Ra)に対するクリンカー間隙相の希土類元素濃度(Rb)の比(Rb/Ra)によって表される分配係数(Kd)について、Laの分配係数が1.2以下であり、Ceの分配係数が2.6以下であることを特徴とするセメントクリンカー、およびその製造方法と評価方法。【選択図】なし
