PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having guaranteed X8R temperature characteristics and reliability, a dielectric material, and a multilayer ceramic capacitor including the same.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a dielectric ceramic composition including a barium titanate-based major component and a minor component. In an X-ray diffraction analysis after sintering, when the (110) peak of BaTiOis set as 1.00, a ratio of a peak of a pyrochlore phase (RETiO) at about 30.5 degrees with respect to the peak of BaTiOsatisfies 0.02 or less, where RE is at least one or more of Y, Dy, Ho, Sm, Gd, Er, La, Ce, Nd, Tb, and Pr.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
