METHOD FOR EFFECTIVELY UTILIZING COAL ASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing the elution amount of trace components from coal ash generated from coal-fired power generation and the like, and a method for effectively utilizing the coal ash.SOLUTION: In a method for effectively utilizing coal ash, calcium hydroxide and blast furnace slag are added to coal ash generated from a thermal power plant to prepare modified coal ash, the modified coal ash is stored with shield from water, and the modified coal ash, cement, and gypsum are mixed to be shipped as a soil solidifying material according to the order from users. The elution of various metals and fluorine is suppressed compared to a powder containing coal ash only, so that storage and distribution can be performed without using any special equipment. The coal ash can be effectively used as an ingredient mixed with the soil solidifying material and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 石炭火力発電等から発生する石炭灰からの微量成分溶出量を低減させるとともに,該石炭灰の有効利用方法を提供する。【解決手段】 火力発電所から発生した石炭灰に,水酸化カルシウム及び高炉スラグを加えて改質石炭灰とし,該改質石炭灰を水から遮蔽した状態で保管しておき,ユーザーからの発注に応じて,改質石炭灰とセメントと石膏を混合して土質固化材として出荷する石炭灰の有効利用方法。石炭灰単独の粉末に比べて,各種金属やふっ素の溶出が抑制され,特別な設備を用いることなく貯蔵,流通が可能となる。また土質固化材等の配合成分として有用に使用できる。【選択図】 なし
