VERTICAL PILING METHOD FOR EXTRUSION MOLDED CEMENT PLATE, AND STRUCTURE THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical piling method for an extrusion molded cement plate and a structure thereof that appropriately handle negative wind pressure on a building and prevent damage to a sealing of a connection when an earthquake strikes.SOLUTION: A method for connecting and fixing a plurality of vertically placed extrusion molded cement plates, in an upper and a lower tiers, on a continuous angle fixed horizontally on a beam includes the following steps for: welding a horizontal flange part of the continuous angle on the beam; fitting a self-weight receiving member over both vertical edge parts of a vertically piled extrusion molded cement plate, the self-weight receiving member being engaged with a vertical flange part of the continuous angle, having an engaging space part to be engaged with the vertical flange part from above, and being welded to the vertical flange part; mounting the extrusion molded cement plate on the upper tier on a horizontal flange part formed on the self-weight receiving member and fastening a top part of a connection metal fitting with a bolt, and sandwiching the vertical flange part of the continuous angle at a lower part of the connection metal fitting for the upper tier; and fixing a lower part of the connection metal fitting for the lower tier on the extrusion molded cement plate on the lower tier with a bolt, and fixing an upper part of the connection metal fitting for the lower tier on the vertical flange part of the continuous angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建造物の負の風圧力に適正に対応力し、且つ、地震時の接合部のシーリング損傷を防止できる押出成形セメント板縦積工法及び構造を提供する。【解決手段】梁に水平固定された通しアングルに、複数の縦張用押出成形セメント板を上下段に連結固定する工法。梁に通しアングルの水平フランジ部を溶接する工程と、縦積押出成形セメント板の縦の両端部に跨架して通しアングルの鉛直フランジ部に嵌合する自重受け部材を設け、自重受け部材は、該鉛直フランジ部上方より嵌合する嵌合空間部を有し、鉛直フランジ部に溶接する工程と、自重受け部材に形成した水平フランジ部に上段の押出成形セメント板を載置して連結金具の上部をボルト止めし、上段用連結金具の下部で通しアングルの鉛直フランジ部を挟持する工程と、下段押出成形セメント板に下段用連結金具の下部をボルト止めして、下段用連結金具の上部を通しアングルの鉛直フランジ部に固着する工程とから成る。【選択図】図1
