HOUSING COMPLEX WITH MAISONETTE RESIDENTIAL UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing complex with a maisonette residential unit that offers convenient life and comfortable living space, and considers for noises in daily life.SOLUTION: A section on a first basement floor and a section directly above on a first floor, the sections being sandwiched between residential party walls 1, are partitioned into a first maisonette residential unit 10 and a second maisonette residential unit 20. The first maisonette unit 10 has a main residential part 11 on the first basement floor and an auxiliary residential part 12 on the first floor, of which the main residential part 11 continues along an entire length in a beam span direction on the first basement floor. The auxiliary residential part 12 on the first floor is positioned to overlap with the main residential part 11 on the first basement floor when seen in a planar view, and an internal stair 13 connects the main residential part 11 and the auxiliary residential part 12. The second maisonette residential unit 20 has a main residential part 21 on the first floor and an auxiliary residential part 22 on the first basement floor, of which the main residential part 21 continues along an entire length in the beam span direction on the first floor. The auxiliary residential part 22 on the first basement floor is positioned to overlap with the main residential part 21 on the first floor when seen in a planar view, and an internal stair 23 connects the main residential part 21 and the auxiliary residential part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】生活利便性、居室空間の快適性に優れ、生活騒音にも配慮したメゾネット住戸を有する集合住宅の構造を提供する。【解決手段】戸境壁１で挟まれた地下１階の区画とその直上の地上１階の区画を、第一のメゾネット住戸１０と第二のメゾネット住戸２０に区画する。第一のメゾネット住戸１０は主住戸部１１を地下１階に、副住戸部１２を地上１階に設け、主住戸部１１は地下１階の梁間方向全長にわたって連続する構造とする。地上１階の副住戸部１２は地下１階の主住戸部１１に平面的に重なる位置に設け、主住戸部１１と副住戸部１２を内階段１３でつなぐ。第二のメゾネット住戸２０の主住戸部２１を地上１階に、副住戸部２２を地下１階に設け、主住戸部２１は地上１階の梁間方向全長にわたって連続する構造とする。地下１階の副住戸部２２は地上１階の主住戸部２１に平面的に重なる位置に設け、主住戸部２１と副住戸部２２を内階段２３でつなぐ。【選択図】図１
