PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece that does not require direct fixing of a surface panel with a screw, offers high workability when fitting the surface panel and excellent design, and allowing the surface panel to be replaced readily as necessary.SOLUTION: A support column 1a includes: a parallel wall part 11 having a panel receiving surface 11a; and a support wall part 13 rising from the parallel wall part 11 of a support post body 10. An insertion gap for a surface panel is formed by extending a side from the support wall part 13, the insertion gap opening in a vertical direction between the extended part and the panel receiving surface 11 and on an opposite side of the support wall part 13. A sandwiching part 14 is provided for sandwiching the surface panel between the panel receiving surface 11a and the sandwiching part. The sandwiching part 14 includes a sandwiching body 14a extending from the support wall part 13, and at least one projection thread 14b formed on a surface opposite the panel receiving surface 11a of the sandwiching body 14a, to be pressed against the surface panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】表面パネルをねじで直接固定する必要がなく、表面パネルの取り付け施工性がよく、また、意匠性に優れるとともに、必要に応じて表面パネルの交換を容易に行うことができる工作物を提供する。【解決手段】支柱1aを，パネル受面11aを有する平行壁部１１と、支柱本体部10の平行壁部11から立ち上がる支持壁部13と、この支持壁部13から延出し、パネル受面11aとの間に上下方向および支持壁部13と反対側に開口する表面パネルの挿入間隙を形成するとともに、パネル受面11aとの間で、表面パネルを挟持可能な挟着部14を有し、挟着部14は、支持壁部13から延出する挟着部本体14aと、この挟着部本体14aのパネル受面11aに対向する面から突設されて、表面パネルに圧接される少なくとも１本の突条14bを備えている構成とした。【選択図】図３
