STEEL PIPE PILE WITH SPIRAL BLADE, PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD, AND BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe pile with a spiral blade, with which a lower reinforcing plate and an upper reinforcing plate work together to attain a reinforcing effect against bending moment exerted on a steel pipe tip from the spiral blade disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe tip.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a steel pipe pile 1 with a spiral blade having a spirally continuing spiral blade 5 disposed on an outer peripheral surface 2a of a steel pipe tip 2. The steel pipe pile 1 with a spiral blade that applies the present invention includes a lower reinforcing plate 3 provided in an inner part 20 of the steel pipe tip 2 at a lower side in a pipe axial direction Y, and an upper reinforcing plate 4 provided in the inner part 20 of the steel pipe tip 2 at an upper side in the pipe axial direction Y. The lower reinforcing plate 3 is provided on a steel pipe cross-section A below a tip part 5a at a bottom edge of the spiral blade 5, while the upper reinforcing plate 4 is disposed on the steel pipe cross-section A above a position Pu reached by spiraling once around the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe tip from the tip part 5a at the bottom edge of the spiral blade 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】鋼管先端の外周面に設けられた螺旋翼から鋼管先端に作用する曲げモーメントに対して、下部補強板と上部補強板とが相俟って補強効果を発揮することのできる螺旋翼付鋼管杭を提供する。【解決手段】略螺旋状に連続する螺旋翼5が鋼管先端2の外周面2aに設けられた螺旋翼付鋼管杭1に関する。本発明を適用した螺旋翼付鋼管杭1は、鋼管先端2の内部20で管軸方向Yの下側に設けられた下部補強板3と、鋼管先端2の内部20で管軸方向Yの上側に設けられた上部補強板4とを備える。下部補強板3は、螺旋翼5の下端先端部5aより下方の鋼管断面Aに配置されて、また、上部補強板4は、螺旋翼5の下端先端部5aから鋼管先端の外周面でひと巻きした位置Puより上方の鋼管断面Aに配置される。【選択図】図4
