PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgetting prevention device allowing a user to easily confirm whether or not fire sources are shut off, doors and windows are locked and anything is forgotten when going out without forgetting.SOLUTION: A forgetting prevention device according to this invention comprises a touch panel on which forgetting prevention items are drawn and a lock device. When a user goes out, the user can release a rocket-type lock pin that is connected to the forgetting prevention device and open a door only after doing a confirmation operation (for approximately 10 seconds) by sequentially touching the touch panel in order to reconfirm whether or not the user forgets something. Thus, the forgetting can be easily prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 外出の際、火気の後始末や戸締りの処置及び忘れ物の有無確認について、忘れることなく容易に行える忘れ防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】 発明の忘れ防止装置は、忘れ防止項目を描いたタッチパネルとロック装置からなり、外出する際には、忘れ物等の再確認として、これらのタッチパネルを順次タッチしての確認操作（約10秒程度）を行わなければ、忘れ防止装置につながれたロケット型のロックピンが解除できない、ひいては扉が開かない仕組としたことから、忘れ防止の実践が容易に徹底できる。【選択図】図１
