CORROSION PROTECTION METHOD OF STEEL PIPE, AND STEEL PIPE PILE AND STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion protection method that can obtain sufficient anticorrosive effect on a steel pipe at least partially embedded in soil, without affecting the surrounding facilities.SOLUTION: A corrosion protection method of a steel pipe is a corrosion protection method of a steel pipe such as a steel pipe pile 1 whose upper end opening 1a is opened upward and whose lower end opening 1b is at least partially embedded in soil 2 so as to be located in the soil 2. A part of the steel pipe pile 1 embedded in the soil 2 has through holes 1c, penetrating the steel pipe pile 1 in the pipe thickness direction, at positions higher than the surface of the soil 2 in the steel pipe pile 1, and a water absorbing material 4 is placed in the steel pipe pile 1. The water absorbing material 4 placed in the steel pipe pile 1 absorbs water in the soil 2 around the steel pipe pile 1 via the through holes 1c to reduce the water content in the soil 2 around the steel pipe pile 1. The water absorbing material 4 can be charged from the upper end opening 1a after a part of the steel pipe pile 1 is embedded in the soil 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】少なくとも一部が土壌中に埋設された鋼管について、周辺の施設に影響を及ぼすことなく十分な防食効果が得られる防食方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管の防食方法は、上端開口1aが上方に向かって開口する一方、下端開口1bが土壌中に位置するように、少なくとも一部が土壌中に埋設された鋼管杭1等の鋼管の防食方法である。鋼管杭1の土壌2中に埋設された部分のうち、鋼管杭1内の土壌2の表面よりも高い位置に、鋼管杭1の管厚み方向に貫通する貫通孔1cを有し、鋼管杭1内に吸水性物質4を配置する。鋼管杭1内に配置した吸水性物質は、貫通孔1cを経由して鋼管杭1周辺の土壌2の水分を吸収し、鋼管杭1周辺の土壌2中の含水比を低減させる。吸水性物質4は、鋼管杭1の一部を土壌2中に埋設した後、上端開口1aから投入することができる。【選択図】図5
