DIVIDED RAIL CONNECTING MEMBER, DIVIDED RAIL CONNECTING STRUCTURE USING THE SAME, AND SLIDING DOOR USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a divided rail connecting member that minimizes a gap (seam) between a pair of rails, in a simple work process.SOLUTION: A divided rail connecting member 16 comprises a body part disposed on an inner bottom surface of rails 12, 14, a pair of holes 34 formed on the body part leaving a prescribed interval, and a pair of protrusions 38 disposed on a surface of the body part, at a location facing the hole 34. Furthermore, each of the protrusions 38 has at least a tapered surface 42 formed to spread in a direction away from the hole 34 toward the side of the body part from an apex of the protrusion 38, between the holes 34 and on a virtual line passing through a center of the holes 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】簡単な作業で、一対のレール同士の間に生じる隙間(継ぎ目)を極小化できる分割レール接続部材を提供する。【解決手段】分割レール接続部材16を、レール12、14の内底面に配設される本体部と、本体部において所定の間隔で形成された一対の孔34と、本体部の一方の面において孔34を臨む位置にそれぞれ配置された一対の突部38とで構成する。さらに、各突部38において、少なくとも、孔34同士の間であって、かつ、両孔34の中心を通る仮想線上に、突部38の頂部から一方の面に向けて孔34から離間するように広がるテーパ面42を形成する。【選択図】図5
