FIXTURE AND SHEET WATERPROOF STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture and a sheet waterproof structure in which a fixing screw screwed into a building frame hardly comes off even when it is exposed to strong wind.SOLUTION: A fixture 120 of the present invention is used for fixing a waterproof layer 110 constituted by a waterproof sheet 112 and a substrate layer 111 to a surface of a building frame, and includes a flat plate 121 having a first through hole 123, and an attachment member 122 for attaching the flat plate 121 to the building frame 100. The attachment member 122 includes a base portion 125 having a second through hole 126, a bottom portion 127 confronting the second through hole 126 and having a screw 128, and a connecting portion 129 connecting the bottom portion 127 and the base portion 125, and the attachment member 122 is used by inserting the connecting portion 129 into the first through hole 123. The relation of 0.90≤X/Y≤1.00 is satisfied, wherein a length of the connecting portion is X mm and a thickness of the substrate layer is Y mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】強風に曝されても、躯体に捻じ込んだ固定ネジが抜け難い固定具およびシート防水構造を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の固定具１２０は、防水シート１１２と下地層１１１とからなる防水層１１０を躯体表面に固定するものであって、第１貫通孔１２３を有する平板１２１と、平板１２１を躯体１００に取り付ける取付部材１２２と、を備え、取付部材１２２は、第２貫通孔１２６を有する基部１２５と、第２貫通孔１２６と対向するように設けられ、ネジ部１２８を有する底部１２７と、底部１２７と基部１２５とを連結する連結部１２９と、を有し、取付部材１２２は、連結部１２９を第１貫通孔１２３に挿通して用いられるものであり、連結部の長さをＸ［ｍｍ］、下地層の厚さをＹ［ｍｍ］としたとき、０．９０≦Ｘ／Ｙ≦１．００の関係を満足することを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
