PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking device of a sliding door of a simple configuration that may be fitted readily on an existing sliding door and does not require high-precision adjustment.SOLUTION: An interlocking device is for a plurality of sliding doors 13 to 15 that moves in an opening/closing direction along a guide rail 12 disposed on a door frame, and includes: a two-stage gear part disposed close to an edge part on a closed side at a top edge of the sliding doors 13, 14, and supported rotatably around a perpendicular axis; a first rack member disposed in a longitudinal direction of the guide rail related to the sliding doors 13, 14, and having a first rack tooth engaged with a first gear part having a large diameter of the two-stage gear part; and a second rack member 22 fitted to extend along an almost entire length in the longitudinal direction at the top edge of the sliding doors 14, 15, having a side edge part protruded toward the sliding doors 13, 14 side and provided with a second rack teeth engaged with a second gear part having a small diameter of the two-stage gear part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
