PAVING MACHINE, AND CALIBRATION METHOD FOR EMULSION SPRAYING SYSTEM MOUNTED ON PAVING MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving machine capable of appropriately controlling an amount of sprayed emulsion, even when a property of the emulsion has changed.SOLUTION: A tack paver 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention has nozzles N1 to N3 for spraying emulsion, an emulsion pump 21 supplying the emulsion to the nozzles N1 to N3, and a controller 10 controlling an amount of the sprayed emulsion. The controller 10 includes a spray amount calculation part 12 that calculates the sprayed amount of the emulsion, and a calibration part 13 that makes the nozzle N3 spray the emulsion over a specified time period by controlling rotation of the emulsion pump 21, acquires the measured amount of the emulsion sprayed during the specified time period, deduces a relationship between pressure of the sprayed emulsion discharged by the emulsion pump 21 and the measured amount of the sprayed emulsion, and calibrates the spray amount calculation part 12 on the basis of the relationship.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
