METHOD FOR DECONTAMINATING SOIL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for decontaminating soil, in which restrictions can be prevented from being placed on a land utilization method while suppressing an increase of execution costs or the labor and time required for execution.SOLUTION: The method for decontaminating soil, which is used for decontaminating an object lot E1 and preventing such a phenomenon that a contaminant flows from a peripheral lot E2 of the object lot E1 to the object lot E1 to recontaminate the object lot E1, comprises: an earth-retaining wall construction step of constructing an earth-retaining wall between the soil of the object lot E1 and that of the peripheral lot E2; a soil removal step of removing the soil of the object lot E1; a recontamination preventing agent arrangement step which is carried out after the soil removal step is carried out and at which a recontamination preventing agent 2 for preventing recontamination of the object lot E1 is arranged in a peripheral region of the object lot E1; and a cleaned soil arrangement step which is carried out after the soil removal step is carried out and at which the cleaned soil 3 is arranged in a central region of the object lot E1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工費用や施工に要する手間の増大を抑制しつつ、土地の利用方法に制限が設けられてしまう事を防止する事が可能な土壌浄化方法を提供すること。【解決手段】土壌浄化方法は、対象区画E1の浄化後に、対象区画E1の周辺区画E2から対象区画E1に汚染物質が流入することにより、対象区画E1が再汚染されてしまう事を防止するための土壌浄化方法であって、対象区画E1の土壌と周辺区画E2の土壌との相互間に、土留め壁を施工する土留め壁施工工程と、対象区画E1の土壌の除去を行う土壌除去工程と、土壌除去工程の後に、対象区画E1における周縁領域に、対象区画E1の再汚染を防止するための再汚染防止剤2を配置する再汚染防止剤配置工程と、土壌除去工程の後に、対象区画E1における中央領域に、清浄土壌3を配置する清浄土壌配置工程と、を含む。【選択図】図1
