PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a housing design with keeping a structural strength of the housing.SOLUTION: A housing (1) comprises: multiple rooms (8), which are adjacently disposed on the same floor; an outer wall part (21), which extends across the multiple rooms (8) and has a breadth ranging from one end part to the other end part in a horizontal direction of the multiple rooms (8); and multiple window (5) extending across the entire breadth of the outer wall part (21), which are formed by successively installing respective window parts (51, 52) of the multiple rooms (8). At least a part of the outer wall part (21) consists of a bearing wall with an aperture, which extends along the breadth direction. The multiple window (5) is disposed at a position of the aperture on the bearing wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】住宅の構造強度を維持しつつ、意匠性を向上させること。【解決手段】住宅（１）は、同一階において互いに隣接して配置された複数の部屋（８）と、複数の部屋（８）に跨って延在し、かつ、複数の部屋（８）の水平方向一端部から他端部までを横幅とする外壁部（２１）と、複数の部屋（８）それぞれの窓部（５１，５２）が帯状に連ねられ、外壁部（２１）の全横幅に亘って延在する連窓（５）とを備える。外壁部（２１）の少なくとも一部は、その横幅方向に沿って広がる開口部付きの耐力壁によって構成されており、連窓（５）は、耐力壁の開口部の位置に設けられている。【選択図】図１
