PROJECTING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projecting structure having a plurality of projecting parts formed on a steel pipe at a prescribed projection height, for efficiently preventing slipping of mortar and other solidifying materials.SOLUTION: A projection structure 1 of the present invention is provided on a steel pipe 2 for preventing slipping of a solidifying material 4, and includes a plurality of projection parts 5 projecting toward the solidifying material 4 bound by the steel pipe 2, from either or both of an inner peripheral surface 21a and an outer peripheral surface 21b of the steel pipe 2. The plurality of projections 5 is provided in a plurality of tiers, from a starting edge side A to a terminal edge side B in a load direction S, which is a direction of slipping of the solidifying member 4 from the steel pipe 2. A projection height h at a tip 5a of the adjacent projection parts 5 in the load direction S increases toward the terminal edge side B from the starting edge side A in the load direction S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】複数の突起部を所定の突出高さで鋼管に設けることで、モルタル等の固化部材の効率的なずれ止めを実現することのできる突起構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した突起構造1は、固化部材4のずれ止めとして鋼管2に設けられるものであり、鋼管2の内周面21a及び外周面21bの何れか一方又は両方から、鋼管2で拘束された固化部材4に向けて突出させた複数の突起部5を備える。複数の突起部5は、鋼管2に対して固化部材4がずれようとするときの荷重方向Sの始端側Aから終端側Bまで、荷重方向Sで複数段に亘って設けられて、荷重方向Sの始端側Aより終端側Bで、荷重方向Sに隣り合う突起部5の先端5aの突出高さhが大きいものとなる。【選択図】図3
