COATING FLOOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND COATING FLOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating floor construction method capable of preventing cracking of the coating floor and suppressing a reduction of durability of the coating floor.SOLUTION: A coating floor construction method comprises: a process S21 to form a joint groove 9 on a concrete floor 3 with a clearance 2 so that the joint groove includes the clearance 2; a process S22 to form a joint part 10 by charging a filler in the joint groove 9; a process S23 to form a buffer layer 5 on the concrete floor 3 and the joint part 10; and a process S24 to form a coating floor part 6 by applying a floor coating material on the buffer layer 5. The thickness of the buffer layer 5 is 0.1 mm of lower limit and 0.5 mm of upper limit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】塗り床のひび割れの発生を防止しつつ、塗り床の耐久性の低下を抑制することが可能な塗り床の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】塗り床の施工方法は、隙間2を有するコンクリート床3に隙間2を含むように目地用溝9を形成する工程S21と、目地用溝9へ充填材を充填することによって、目地部10を形成する工程S22と、コンクリート床3上と目地部10上とに緩衝層5を形成する工程S23と、緩衝層5上に塗り床材を塗布して塗り床部6を形成する工程S24と、を有する。緩衝層5の厚みは、下限値が0.1mmであり上限値が0.5mmである。【選択図】図4
