PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar composition contaminated with expanded perlite as a light aggregate excellent in adiabaticity and strength and capable of relatively easily being manufactured.SOLUTION: In a mortar composition by mixing cement and fine aggregate containing expanded perlite and fly ash, the expanded perlite is an expanded perlite by heating and expanding obsidian grain body produced by pulverizing Ajimu-produced obsidian raw stone having patchy pattern structure where small grain body of glassy obsidian produced in Oita prefecture, Ajimu district is solidified with relief shape to grain shape, has a grain size by a sieve classification of 5 mm or less, a unit volume mass of 0.1 g/cmor more and 0.3 g/cmor less, an average pore rate of 70 vol.% or more and 76 vol.% or less and a heat conductivity of 0.068 W/mK or more and 0.075 W/mK or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】断熱性及び強度に優れ、比較的容易に製造可能な発泡パーライトを軽骨材として混入したモルタル組成物の提供。【解決手段】セメントと、発泡パーライト及びフライアッシュを含む細骨材とを混合してなるモルタル組成物において、発泡パーライトは、大分県安心院地方で産出される、ガラス質黒曜石の小粒体がおこし状に固結した斑状組織をなす安心院産黒曜石原石を、粒状に粉砕して生成される黒曜石粒体を、加熱し発泡させてなる発泡パーライトであって、篩分級による粒度が5mm以下であり、単位容積質量0.1g/cm3以上0.3g/cm3以下であり、平均気孔率が70体積%以上76体積%以下であり、熱伝導率が0.068W/mK以上0.075W/mK以下であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
