POROUS GEOPOLYMER HARDENED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables production of a porous geopolymer hardened body having a density of 1.0 g/cmor less.SOLUTION: The porous geopolymer hardened body is produced by: kneading active filler from which metal ions can be eluted in an alkaline solution and which contains a SiOcomponent and an AlOcomponent, an alkaline solution, a foaming agent, and at least one selected from a chemical admixture (stearate powder) having a thickening function which increases viscosity before hardening as well as a foam stabilizing function which makes a bubble size smaller, a chemical admixture 1 (Portland cement or mixed cement) having a thickening function which increases viscosity before hardening as well as a reinforcing function which increases strength after hardening, and a chemical admixture 2 (zeolite powder and the like) having a thickening function which increases viscosity before hardening and a foaming retardation function which retards a foaming reaction; and curing the mixture at normal temperature or at high temperature such as 60°C or 80°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】密度が1.0g/cm3以下である多孔質ジオポリマー硬化体を製造できる技術を提供すること。【解決手段】アルカリ溶液中で金属イオンを溶出でき、SiO2成分及びAl2O3成分を含む活性フィラーと、アルカリ溶液と、発泡剤と、硬化前の粘性を増大させる増粘機能とともに気泡の寸法を小さくする整泡機能を有する混和剤(ステアリン酸塩粉末)、硬化前の粘性を増大させる増粘機能とともに硬化後の強度を増大させる増強機能を有する混和材1(ポルトランドセメント又は混合セメント)、硬化前の粘性を増大させる増粘機能とともに発泡反応を遅延させる発泡遅延機能を有する混和材2(セオライト粉末など)のうち少なくとも1種類とを混練し、常温又は60℃や80℃の高温で養生する。【選択図】なし
