PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a faucet column to be easily and newly provided in a place far away from an existing faucet.SOLUTION: Vertical piping 14 is erected on a movable base 11. The base 11 is provided with a hose connection part 15a that is connected to a lower side of the vertical piping 14. An upper faucet 19 is provided by being connected to an upper side of the vertical piping 14. An outer cylinder 16 is provided on the outer periphery of the vertical piping 14.
