PANEL USING POROUS NATURAL STONE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel using a porous natural stone capable of recovering landscape by reducing brightness, nurturing ecosystem and improving peripheral environment.SOLUTION: A panel according to this invention comprises: a panel substrate; a porous natural stone fixed to a surface of the panel substrate; and a resin layer laminated on a rear face of the panel substrate. The resin layer prevents water from infiltrating into the panel substrate from a construction surface. The porous natural stone is made of lava fragments and lava gravel. The lava fragments are fixed on the panel substrate surface, the lava gravel is subsequently fixed so as to cover a clearance between the lava fragments. The resin layer is made from fiber-reinforced plastic and others.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】明度を下げるなどの景観回復に加えて、生態系育成を可能とし、周辺環境の向上を図ることが可能な多孔質天然石を用いたパネル等を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のパネルは、パネル基板と、パネル基板の表面に固着される多孔質天然石と、パネル基板の背面に積層される樹脂層と、からなり、樹脂層により、施工面から上記パネル基板に水が浸透するのを防止する。多孔質天然石は、溶岩片と溶岩礫とからなり、パネル基板の表面に溶岩片が固着された後、当該溶岩片間にできる隙間を覆うように上記溶岩礫が固着される。樹脂層は、繊維強化プラスチック等からなる。【選択図】図2
