PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a laminated sheet and a foam wallpaper that attains both a sufficient expansion ratio when foamed and an excellent foam state making degassing inconspicuous, at the same time maintaining a base material that sufficiently controls yellow discoloration and other forms of quality deterioration.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a foam wallpaper of the present invention is a manufacturing method for a foam wallpaper comprising a base material and a foam resin layer laminated on the base material, and includes the following steps for: forming a laminated sheet precursor by laminating on a base material a resin sheet precursor obtained by producing a membrane of a resin composition containing a foam agent, a silane crosslinkable resin, and a hydrated metal compound; irradiating an electron beam on the resin sheet precursor of the laminated sheet precursor and making a resin sheet, thus forming a laminated sheet having the resin sheet laminated on the base material; and forming a foam resin layer by foaming the foam agent contained in the resin sheet of the laminated sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: None
