POST-INSTALLED ANCHOR AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a post-installed anchor enabling an anchorage force to be easily adjusted and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: As a post-installed anchor 10 has an anchorage body 2 that is replaceably fit to a tip (male screw 1a) of an anchor body 1, an anchorage force of a post-installed anchor 10 can be easily adjusted by preparing anchorage bodies 2 with different shaped tapers in advance and replacing the anchorage body 2 by one with adequate shape depending on a location where the post-installed anchor 10 is installed. In particular, a brittle breakage is prevented by giving a toughness to the post-installed anchor 10 as a mechanism in which the taper part of the anchorage body 2 is not abruptly pulled out by pushing up surrounding filler (solidification material G).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】容易に定着力を調整することができるあと施工アンカー及びあと施工アンカーの施工方法を実現する。【解決手段】あと施工アンカー10は、アンカー本体1の先端部(雄ネジ1a)に交換可能に取り付けられる定着体2を備えているので、例えば、テーパー形状が異なる定着体2を予め幾つか用意しておき、あと施工アンカー10を設置する箇所に応じて適切な形状の定着体2に付け替えることによって、あと施工アンカー10の定着力を容易に調整することができる。特に、あと施工アンカー10は、定着体2のテーパー部が周囲の充填材(固化材料G)を押し上げることで急に抜け出さない機構としてじん性を持たせることで、脆性的な破壊を防ぐことができる。【選択図】図1
