PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device for a door instrument that may be handled readily by an ordinary person, preventing excessive tightening of a fitting screw for certain, simplifying a structure and reducing a cost, coping flexibly with variations of door thickness without selectively specifying a length of the fitting screw, allowing re-tightening work to be omitted, and solving problems such as a noise and a damage caused by cluttering of the door instrument.SOLUTION: A fitting structure for a door instrument includes a resting seat 3, a receiving seat 4, and a fitting screw 5. The receiving seat 4 includes a nut part 21 through which a female screw hole 11 penetrates, and a panel body 20 supporting the nut part 21 such that an outer peripheral part of the female screw hole 11 is kept unconstrained. An expansion/contraction groove 27 is formed in the nut part 21 that extends in a radial direction from at least one location in a peripheral direction inside the female screw hole 11 and then passes through in an axial direction of the female screw hole. A screw edge housing body 30 is formed on the panel body 20, swelling beyond a screw edge part that has penetrated a surface in an opposite direction of a door 2 from the nut part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ドア器具取付装置において、取付ネジの締め過ぎ防止作用が確実に得られ、構造の簡潔化や低コスト化等を図り、取付ネジの長さ選択を行わずともドア厚の変化に柔軟に対応でき、増し締め作業の省略化が可能であってドア器具のガタツキを原因とした騒音や破損等の問題解消もできるようにし、一般素人にも簡単に扱えるようにする。【解決手段】当て台座3と受け台座4と取付ネジ5とを有し、受け台座4は雌ネジ孔11を貫通状態で備えたナット部21と、ナット部21を雌ネジ孔11の外周部が非拘束となるようにしつつ支持する盤本体20とを有しており、ナット部21には雌ネジ孔11内の少なくとも周方向一箇所から径方向に延びて且つ孔軸方向に通り抜ける拡縮溝27が形成され、盤本体20にはドア2とは逆向きとされる面でナット部21から突き抜けたネジ先端部を超えて隆起するネジ端収容体30が形成されている。【選択図】図1
