PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life filtration filter for molten metal having excellent collection performance of an inclusion, and to provide a manufacturing method of the filtration filter for the molten metal.SOLUTION: A filtration filter for molten metal in an embodiment has a cylindrical shape in which the average particle size of aggregate is 200 μm or more and 2,500 μm or less, and the average particle size of the aggregate has no difference between the inner peripheral side and the outer peripheral side. Further, a porosity is gradually increased from the inner peripheral side over the outer peripheral side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】優れた介在物の捕集性能を有し、かつ長寿命な金属溶湯用濾過フィルタおよび金属溶湯用濾過フィルタの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係る金属溶湯用濾過フィルタは、骨材の平均粒子径が２００μｍ以上２５００μｍ以下であり、内周側および外周側において骨材の平均粒子径に差がない円筒形状を有する。また、内周側から外周側にわたって気孔率が漸増する。【選択図】図２
