CORROSION PREVENTIVE COVER FOR POLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion preventive cover for a pole that prevents moisture or the like from entering a metallic pole to prevent corrosion and is easily set at a low cost, under a situation that falling accidents occur nationwide and badly influences general lives, the falling accidents being caused by corrosion that is likely to generate at a part near the ground of a metallic pole such as a traffic sign and a protection fence.SOLUTION: A resin-made cover 2 is set near an inlaid part of a metallic pole 1 in concrete. Rainwater or the like is prevented from entering by the vicinity of the pole GL (root) and an upper part to which a coking agent 3 is applied, when the pole 1 is installed. A brim part 10 having a backward bend for improving adhesion to concrete and the shape of a bored rib 6 enhance strength of installation. A corrosion preventive cover for a pole is easily set at a low cost in a short time only by applying the coking agent in addition to a conventional installation method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】道路標識や防護柵などの金属製支柱のGL付近に発生しやすい腐食による劣化で、倒壊事故が全国で発生しており一般生活の安全にも著しく影響を与えているが、金属製支柱への水分などの進入を防いで腐食防止ができ簡単な作業で安価に施工できる支柱腐食防止カバーの提供。【解決手段】金属製支柱1のコンクリート埋め込み近傍部に設置する樹脂製のカバー2で、支柱1を設置する際に支柱GL(根元)付近と上部のコーキング剤3塗布部分で雨水等の進入を防ぎ、コンクリートとの密着度が高まるかえしを有するつば部10と穴あきのリブ6のある形状が立設強度を向上させる、従来の施工方法にコーキング剤の塗付を付加するだけの、簡単で短時間の施工でコストを抑えることのできる、支柱腐食防止カバー。【選択図】図1
