PILE DRIVING MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile driving machine that secures a climbing angle so as not to interfere with a lower guide when being transported, and prevents fall-off of a work device from a lower leader.SOLUTION: A pile driving machine includes a leader provided so as to rise and fall on a front bracket 5 disposed in a front part of a base machine, a work device 11 provided so as to ascend and descent on the leader, and a lower guide 23 provided in a lower part of the leader. The leader includes an upper leader 7b and a lower leader 7a connected to each other such that the upper leader 7a bends rearward of the lower leader 7b while being transported. The work device 11 and the lower guide 23 respectively have connecting pieces 26, 27 for connecting each other, while the lower leader 7a has a limit switch that restricts ascension of the work device 11 while being transported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】輸送時に下部ガイドと干渉しないように登坂角を確保し、作業装置が下部リーダから脱落しない杭打機を提供する。【解決手段】ベースマシンの前部に設けられたフロントブラケット５に起伏可能に設けられたリーダと、リーダに昇降可能に設けられた作業装置１１と、リーダ下部に設けられた下部ガイド２３とを備えた杭打機において、リーダは上部リーダ７ｂと下部リーダ７ａとを有し、輸送時に上部リーダ７ａが下部リーダ７ｂに対して後方へ折り曲げ可能に連結され、作業装置１１と下部ガイド２３とは、互いを連結する連結片２６，２７をそれぞれ設け、下部リーダ７ａに輸送時の作業装置１１の上昇を規制するリミットスイッチが設けられている。【選択図】図５
