BUILDING BOARD, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BUILDING BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building board that allows pieces of a wide variety of dimensions and arrangements to be formed from one type of mold.SOLUTION: A building board has a plurality of recessed streaks of through joints and a plurality of protrusive streaks formed on a front surface. The protrusive streak is partitioned by the recessed streak of the through joint, and has a plurality of decorative recesses and a plurality of decorative protrusions formed. The decorative recess extends in a direction orthogonal to the recessed streak of the through joint, at a depth between 0.8 and 3 mm that is shallower than the recessed streak of the through joint. The decorative recess is formed in a direction parallel to the recessed streak of the through joint, at a width between 2 and 5 mm and a pitch between 5 and 15 mm, having a same color as the recessed streak of the through joint. A total area of the decorative recesses is 25 to 60% of a total area of the protrusive streaks. The decorative protrusion is partitioned by the decorative recess. The decorative recesses are color-coded by units, each of the units containing a prescribed number of the decorative recesses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】1種類の型にて、バリエーション豊富なピース寸法、ピース配列を形成することが可能な建築板を提供する。【解決手段】表面に、複数の通し目地凹条部と、複数の凸条部が形成された建築板。凸条部は通し目地凹条部により区画されており、複数の化粧凹部と複数の化粧凸部が形成されている。化粧凹部は、通し目地凹条部と直交する方向に延び、深さ0.8〜3mmで通し目地凹条部よりも浅い。化粧凹部は、通し目地凹条部と平行する方向に対し、幅が2〜5mm、ピッチが5〜15mmで形成されており、通し目地凹条部と同色ある。化粧凹部の総面積は、凸条部の総面積に対し25〜60%である。化粧凸部は化粧凹部により区画されている。化粧凸部は、所定の個数を一つのユニットとして塗り分けられている。【選択図】図5
