MECHANICAL MULTI-STORY PARKING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical multi-story parking device constructed by assembling a tower-type parking device frame inside a building frame of a condominium or other buildings, the mechanical multi-story parking device being capable of preventing an impact caused by contacting and separation with and from the building frame by the parking device frame when the building frame or the parking device frame shakes due to an earthquake or driving force of a mechanical device, at the same time reducing weight and a cost of the parking device frame and mitigating a burden on the building frame that supports the parking device frame.SOLUTION: A mechanical multi-story parking device 1 is assembled with a building frame 2 and is supported by the building frame 2, and includes a parking device frame 3 erected to leave a space S from the building frame 2, and a support part 25 interposed in the space S such that the building frame 2 supports the parking device frame 3 in a horizontal direction. The support part 25 is elastically compressible, and is interposed in the space S to adhere closely to the building frame 2 and the parking device frame 3 while being compressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】マンションやビル等の建築躯体の内部にタワー型の駐車装置躯体が組み込まれてなる機械式立体駐車装置において、地震や機械装置駆動力等により建築躯体や駐車装置躯体が揺動した際に、駐車装置躯体が建築躯体に対して離接することによる衝撃の発生を防止するとともに、駐車装置躯体の軽量化とコストダウンを図り、併せて駐車装置躯体を支える建築躯体の負担を軽減する。【解決手段】建築躯体2内に組み込まれると共に、該建築躯体2に支持される機械式立体駐車装置1は、建築躯体2との間に空間Sを有するように立設される駐車装置躯体3と、建築躯体2が駐車装置躯体3を水平方向で支持するように空間Sに介装される支持部25と、を具備し、支持部25は、弾性圧縮可能であり、圧縮された状態で、建築躯体2と駐車装置躯体3とに密着するように空間Sに介装されている。【選択図】図2
