RESIN SASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sash capable of preventing a fire from infiltrating as no clearance is generated between reinforcement members disposed in hollow parts of a resin frame and a resin stile even if the resin frame and the resin stile melt in the fire.SOLUTION: A resin sash comprises a resin window frame which is fit in a building opening, or a resin sash which is openably and closably supported by the window frame. The resin window frame or the resin stile composing the sash has a hollow part. The hollow part comprises multiple compartments separated by partitioning walls. A metal reinforcement member is disposed in at least two adjacent compartments. The reinforcement members disposed in the adjacent two compartment are connected by connection means. A fire-resistant material which expands in a fire, is disposed at a connection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】火災時に樹脂枠や樹脂框が溶融しても、樹脂枠や樹脂框の中空部内に配置された補強部材間に隙間が生じることがなく、火炎の浸入を防止できる樹脂サッシを提供する【解決手段】建物開口部に取付けられる樹脂製の枠体、もしくは、窓枠に開閉自在に支持される樹脂製の障子を備え、樹脂製の窓枠もしくは障子を構成する樹脂製の框体は中空部を備え、中空部は隔壁により分割される複数の区画を備えており、 少なくとも隣接する2つの区画内に金属製の補強部材が配置され、前記隣接する2つの区画内に配置された補強部材は、連結手段により連結されるとともに、連結部には火災時に膨張する耐火材が配置されている。【選択図】図4
