PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise barrier capable of obtaining desired sound insulation performance by combining one above the other a plurality of stages of a plurality of kinds of sound insulation panels having different sound insulation performance and reducing in a manufacturing cost, a transportation cost, and a fitting cost.SOLUTION: A noise barrier 1 vertically combines a plurality of stages of a plurality of sound insulation panels 3 to shield noise from a noise source. The noise barrier includes a plurality of kinds of sound insulation panels 31 to 33 having different sound insulation performance and the sound insulation panels of different kinds having different sound insulation performance are combined so as to be located one above the other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
