METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REPAIRING DRILLED PART OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate repairing work of the drilled part of a concrete structure.SOLUTION: A through-hole H formed in a wall body WB for collecting the concrete core of the wall body WB is mechanically closed by a water cutting-off tool 3. When an operation rod 3bc constituting the water cutting-off plug support rod 3b of the water cutting-off tool 3 is rotated, a long nut 3an fitted in the tip thereof in a detachable state rotates to rotate and move the shaft part 3ax of the water cutting-off plug 3a toward the water cutting-off plug support rod 3b. Then, a water cutting-off head part 3ah connected to the shaft part 3ax also moves toward the water cutting-off plug support rod 3b to enter the hollow part of the tip of a seal member 3as between the water cutting-off head part 3ah and the water cutting-off plug support rod 3b. Thus, the tip part of the seal member 3as expands in a radial direction to be pressed to the inner wall surface of the through-hole H, thereby closing the through-hole H.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】コンクリート構造体の削孔部の修復作業を容易にする。【解決手段】壁体WBのコンクリートコアを採取するために壁体WBに形成された貫通孔Hを止水ツール3により機械的に閉止する。止水ツール3の止水プラグ支持棒3bを構成する操作棒3bcを回転させると、その先端に着脱自在の状態で嵌合されたロングナット3anが回転することで、止水プラグ3aの軸部3axが回転しながら止水プラグ支持棒3bに向かって移動する。すると、軸部3axに接続された止水頭部3ahも止水プラグ支持棒3bに向かって移動し、止水頭部3ahと止水プラグ支持棒3bとの間のシール部材3asの先端の中空内に入り込む結果、シール部材3asの先端部が径方向に拡張して貫通孔Hの内壁面に押し当てられることで貫通孔Hが閉止されるようになっている。【選択図】図2
