PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive filler high in moisture resistance and further good in productivity, and a thermally conductive resin composition including the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a thermally conductive resin filler including a sintered compact at least containing magnesium oxide, calcium oxide and silicon oxide, and, provided that the mol number obtained by expressing the calcium element contained in the whole composition of the sintered compact with the calcium oxide (CaO) is defined as MCa and the mol number obtained by expressing the silicon element contained in the whole composition of the sintered compact with the silicon oxide (SiO) is defined as MSi, the mol ratio of the calcium oxide (CaO) to the silicon oxide (SiO) shown by MCa/MSi lies in the range of 0.1 to below 2.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】耐湿性が高く生産性も良好な熱伝導性フィラー及びこれを含む熱伝導性樹脂組成物を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム及び酸化ケイ素を含有する焼結体を含む熱伝導性樹脂フィラーであって、焼結体の全組成中に含まれるカルシウム元素を酸化カルシウム(CaO)で換算したモル数をMCa、焼結体の全組成中に含まれるケイ素元素を酸化ケイ素(SiO2)で換算したモル数をMSiとしたとき、酸化ケイ素(SiO2)に対する酸化カルシウム(CaO)のMCa/MSiで示されるモル比が0.1以上、2.0未満の範囲内であることを特徴とする熱伝導性フィラーである。【選択図】なし
