PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail member capable of obtaining constantly high bactericidal effect for a long period and, in particular, a handrail member having a conductive heat generating layer formed by applying a conductive paint containing metal fine particles, and a handrail including the handrail member as a grip part.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a handrail used for various buildings since high bactericidal effect can be stably obtained for a long period because of a handrail member having a conductive heat generating part generating heat with electricity and, in particular, the handrail can be suitably used for a hospital, facilities for the elderly, etc., which are high in risk in nosocomial infection. In especial, a conductive heat generating layer formed by applying the conductive paint is used as the conductive heat generating layer so as to easily provide a conductive heat generating part even in a complicated shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 長期間に渡って恒常的に高い殺菌効果の得られる手摺り部材、特に導電性発熱層が金属微粒子を含有する導電性塗料を塗布して形成された導電性発熱層である手摺り部材、及び、当該手摺部材を握り部とする手摺りを提供する。【解決手段】 導電により発熱する導電性発熱部を有する手摺り部材により、長期にわたって安定して高い殺菌効果を実現できることから各種建築物に使用される手摺り、特に院内感染のリスクが高い病院や高齢者施設等の手摺りとして好適に使用できる。特に、導電性発熱層として導電性塗料の塗布により得られる導電性発熱層を使用することで、複雑な形状であっても簡易に導電性発熱部を設けることができる。【選択図】 図1
