PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing bead edge member that can reliably conceal the end of cloth without depending on a skilled degree of a worker, and furthermore is superior in workability when attached in a wall surface or ceiling.SOLUTION: A casing bead edge member 1 of the present invention is disposed in the vicinity of an internal corner between a wall surface Aand a ceiling A, and conceals the end of cloth Claminated on a wall surface A. The casing bead edge member comprises: a base part 10 fixed to the wall surface A; a cover part 20 for concealing the end of the cloth C; a flexible connection part 30 connected to the base part 10 and the cover part 20, and connecting the base part 10 with the cover part 20; and an engagement part 40 for engaging the cover part 20 to the base part 10. The engagement part 40 is formed to be positioned closer to the ceiling Aside than the connection part 30. The connection part 30 includes a base side connection part 31 with a thickness gradually becoming thin as spaced from the base part 10, and a cover side connection part 32 with a thickness gradually becoming thick as going from the base side connection part 31 to the cover part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
