EVACUATION LADDER FOR EXPRESS HIGHWAY EMERGENCY SHELTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation ladder for express highway emergency shelter for safely and swiftly evacuating to a safe place using a nearest emergency shelter when an accident occurs on an express highway.SOLUTION: An evacuation ladder 10 includes: a pair of right and left vertical frames 11 and 12; and handrail parts 11a, 12a which are bent in an inverse U-shape. The front face of the vertical frames 11 and 12 are connected by a lateral frame 13 and are reinforced by a side frame 14. A step board 15 is fixed to the vertical frames 11 and 12 with bolts or the like in an upperpart and a rear-lower part thereof. A step 17 is fixed to the vertical frames 11 and 12 in a front lower part. The evacuation ladder 10 and a post 2 of a guard rail 1 are fixed to each other at upper and lower two points with a U-shaped bolt 18 and a nut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高速道路で事故等が発生した場合に、間近の緊急避難場所に素早く避難して安全に待機するための、高速道路の緊急避難場所退避はしごを提供する。【解決手段】退避はしご１０は、左右一対の縦枠１１，１２を有しており、逆Ｕ字状に曲げた部分が手すり部１１ａ，１２ａとなっている。縦枠１１，１２の前面は、横枠１３により連結されており、また側枠１４により補強されている。さらに、縦枠１１，１２の上部と後方下部には、踏み板１５がボルト等により固定されている。さらに、縦枠１１，１２の前方下部には、ステップ１７が固定されている。退避はしご１０とガードレール１の支柱２とは、Ｕ字ボルト１８とナットにより、上下２箇所で固定されている。【選択図】 図１
