PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head cap of a prestressed concrete pile capable of shortening a construction period and reducing a construction cost.SOLUTION: A pile head cap of a prestressed concrete pile comprises: a pile head level adjustment member 11 which is inserted into a screw hole 62, provided on a pile head 61 of a prestressed concrete pile 6 installed in the ground with a head section thereof protruded from a ground surface, in a manner that allows a level of the pile head level adjustment member 11 to be flexibly adjusted; a supporting cylinder 12 which is attached to an outer peripheral side of the pile head 61; a supporting plate 14 which is fixed to an upper end of the supporting cylinder 12 and supported by the upper end of the pile head level adjustment member 11; mortar which is injected into a gap between the outer peripheral side of the pile head 61 and inner sides of the supporting cylinder 12 and the supporting plate 14 so that the pile head 61, the supporting cylinder 12 and the supporting plate 14 are fixed to each other when the mortar gets hard; a mortar injection hole 14a which is provided on the supporting plate 14; and a mortar receiving plate 16 which is fixed to a lower end of the supporting cylinder 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
