EARTHQUAKE PROOF SHAKE-STOPPING FACILITY FOR AIR CONDITIONER OR THE LIKE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which conventional earthquake proof shake stopping facilities using die steel materials as constitution materials are manufactured at high cost and the problem in which earthquake proof shake stopping facilities consisting of suspension materials of fully threaded shafts with versatility and brace materials of fully-threaded shafts as another method cannot secure sufficient earthquake proof performance because constitution materials on a side receiving compressive stress are fully-threaded shafts and deficient in buckling-resisting performance.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to earthquake-proof shake stopping facilities consisting of suspension materials composed of angle steel, grooved steel, etc., which are easy to procure, and brace materials of fully-threaded shafts, the earthquake-proof shake stopping facilities being supplied which receive compressive stress by the suspension materials when suspended equipment receives horizontal stress in a case of an earthquake, and thereby use the angle steel, grooved steel, etc., having good buckling resisting performance as the suspension materials to have good performance even when the suspended equipment has a large suspension margin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 従来の型鋼材を構成材とした耐震振れ止め設備は、製作に高いコストを費やしていた。また、他の方法として、汎用性の高い全ネジシャフトの吊り支持材と、全ネジシャフトの筋交い材で構成する耐震振れ止め設備では、圧縮応力を受ける側の構成材が全ネジシャフトで耐座屈性能に乏しく、十分な耐震性能が確保できなかった。【解決手段】 本発明は、調達性の良い山形鋼やミゾ形鋼等で構成される吊り支持材と、全ネジシャフトの筋交い材で構成する耐震振れ止め設備で、吊り下げ機器が地震時に水平応力を受けた時、吊り支持材が圧縮応力を受けるので、吊り支持材に耐座屈性能の良い山形鋼やミゾ形鋼等を使用する事で、吊下げる機器の吊代が大きい場合でも、性能の振れ止め設備を供給出来る。【選択図】図1
