PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage caused by meltwater which flows into a gap between a roof surface and a solar cell panel and is frozen therein.SOLUTION: A panel installation frame 1 for installing a solar cell panel 3 on a roof 2 is disposed at a position closer to the top of the roof 2 higher than the solar cell panel 3. The panel installation frame has a cover plate 10 which is fixed to the solar cell panel 3 to cover an end part of the surface of the solar cell panel 3 at the top side of the roof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
