PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit and a device for preventing erroneous entry that may be installed relatively readily and operated mechanically without involving manpower, and prevent failure and deterioration of a mechanical structure by ensuring drainage performance.SOLUTION: A device for preventing erroneous entry includes: a cover member 21 installed to cover and close a top opening 10 of a U-shaped groove member having a U-shaped cross-section and extending in a width direction of a construction vehicle road Ar for construction vehicles that enter a rail track Rr, the U-shaped groove member being open at both edge parts in a direction of extension and at a top part; a base member 20 connected to an end of the cover member 21 via a hinge 22 and engaged on an inner side of the U-shaped groove member 1; and a cover opening/closing mechanism 23 fitted on the base member 20 for opening the cover member 21 by pushing up the cover member 21 outward from the inner side of the U-shaped groove member 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】比較的簡易に設置することができ、人手を煩わせずに機械的に動作させることができるとともに、排水性が確保されて機械的構造部分の故障や劣化を回避することができる誤進入防止ユニット及び誤進入防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】工事車両が線路Ｒｒ内に進入するための工事車両用道路Ａｒの道幅方向に延在するように配置され延在方向の両端部及び上部が開口する断面Ｕ字状のＵ字溝部材１の上部開口１０を、閉状態において覆うように設けられる蓋部材２１と、当該蓋部材２１の一端とヒンジ２２を介して接続されるとともに、Ｕ字溝部材１の内側に係止されるベース部材２０と、ベース部材２０に取り付けられ、蓋部材２１をＵ字溝部材１の内側から外側に向かって押し上げて蓋部材２１を開状態とすることが可能な蓋開閉機構２３とを備えている。【選択図】図１
