MANHOLE WATER STOP STRUCTURE AND MANHOLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manhole water stop structure with high workability and durability and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A lower end face 3 of an upper cylindrical body 2 is laid on an upper end face 4 of a lower cylindrical body 2. Upper and lower insertion receiving grooves 11, 11 are formed on the lower end face 3 and the upper end face 4, respectively. A cylindrical water stop member 21 is inserted in the upper and lower insertion receiving grooves 11, 11. The water stop member 21 comprises a cylindrical core material 22 made of rigid material and inner and outer water stop rings 24, 24 which are formed on inner and outer surfaces of the core material 22 and abut against the insertion receiving groove 11. Thus, the inner and outer water stop rings 24, 24 can be smoothly inserted in the insertion receiving groove 11 by the core material 22 and water stop performance can be ensured by the inner and outer water stop rings 24, 24. The core material 22 can also exert shear resistance in the upper and lower cylindrical bodies 2, 2. As the water stop member 21 is stored in the insertion receiving groove 11 instead of being formed outside, durability of the water stop member 21 is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工性と耐久性に優れたマンホールの止水構造とその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】上の筒体2の下端面3と下の筒体2の上端面4とを重ね合わせ、下端面3と上端面4に上下の挿入受け溝11,11を設け、それら上下の挿入受け溝11,11に筒状の止水部材21を挿入する。止水部材21は、硬質材料からなる筒状の芯材22と、この芯材22の内外面に設けられ挿入受け溝11に当接する内外の止水リング24,24とを備えるから、芯材22により内外の止水リング24,24を挿入受け溝11にスムーズに挿入することができ、内外の止水リング24,24により確実な止水性が得られる。また、芯材22が上下の筒体2,2におけるせん断抵抗の役目を果たすことができる。さらに、外部に設けたものと違って挿入受け溝11内に止水部材21を収納するから、止水部材21の耐久性が向上する。【選択図】図1
