CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a steel pipe sheet pile, in which, among steel pipe sheet piles inserted in the underground around a foundation structure at construction of the foundation structure, an upper steel pipe sheet pile which is nearer to the ground and unrequired after completing the construction of the foundation structure, is connected to an upper steel pipe sheet pile neighboring thereto in a horizontal direction above the lower steel pipe sheet piles, in a state that the upper steel pipe sheet pile can be removed without requiring cutting after completing the construction of the foundation structure, while leaving the lower steel pipe sheet pile inserted in the lower side in the underground.SOLUTION: In a connection structure of a steel pipe sheet pile, an upper steel pipe sheet pile 2 is rotated with respect to a lower steel pipe sheet pile 1 about an axis to be connected to the lower steel pipe sheet pile 1, and is rotated in the opposite direction to be freely separated from the lower steel pipe sheet pile 1. The upper steel pipe sheet piles 2, 2 neighboring to each other in the horizontal direction above the lower steel pipe sheet piles 1 are aligned in a state where a clearance is secured between joint parts 2a, 2a thereof. Then, a joint member 3 different from both of the upper steel pipe sheet piles 2, 2 is inserted between both of the joint parts 2a, 2a of the neighboring upper steel pipe sheet piles 2, 2, and thereby connecting the neighboring upper steel pipe sheet piles 2, 2 to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】基礎構造物の構築時に、基礎構造物の周囲の地中に挿入される鋼管矢板の内、下方に挿入される下側鋼管矢板を地中に存置させたまま、基礎構造物構築終了後、地上寄りの不要な上側鋼管矢板を切断を要することなく、撤去可能な状態に、下側鋼管矢板と水平方向に隣接する上側鋼管矢板に連結する。【解決手段】上側鋼管矢板2を下側鋼管矢板1に対し、軸回りに回転して下側鋼管矢板1に連結し、逆向きに回転して下側鋼管矢板1から分離自在にする。下側鋼管矢板1上で水平方向に隣接する上側鋼管矢板2、2同士をそれぞれの継手部2a、2a間にクリアランスが確保した状態で配列させ、隣接する上側鋼管矢板2、2の両継手部2a、2a間に両上側鋼管矢板2、2とは別体の継手部材3を差し込み、隣接する上側鋼管矢板2、2を互いに連結する。【選択図】図1
