BAMBOO PILE, LIQUEFACTION COUNTERMEASURE FOUNDATION STRUCTURE USING BAMBOO PILE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BAMBOO PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo pile with which a controlling effect against subsidence does not decline even when used over a long period.SOLUTION: A bamboo pile 1 is made by filling resin foam 3 in an inner space S between joints of a bamboo pole 2. Since inner spaces S, S, ... between the joints of the bamboo pole 2 are filled with the resin foam 3, water does not infiltrate into the inner space S even when the bamboo pole 2 cracks, etc., when used as a friction pile. As such, buoyancy obtained by multiplying the specific gravity of water by a volume of water replaced by the bamboo pile 1 does not decline. The self-weight of the bamboo pile 1 remains very light even when filled with the resin foam 3, because the specific gravity of the resin foam 3 is extremely small compared to the specific gravity of water. As such, a significant effect to control subsidence is maintained over a long period. Also, a rise in manufacturing costs may be controlled by using hard or semi-hard urethane foam as the resin foam 3, as the low-priced and easy-to-handle hard or semi-hard urethane foam is filled in the inner space S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】長期間使用しても沈下抑制効果が低下しない竹製杭を提供する。【解決手段】竹棹2の節間の内部空間Sに樹脂発泡体3を充填して竹製杭1とした。竹棹2の節間の内部空間S,S,…に樹脂発泡体3が充填されているので、摩擦杭として使用した際に竹棹2に割れ等が発生しても内部空間Sに水が浸入しないため、竹製杭1が押し退けた水の体積に水の比重を掛けて求められる浮力が低下しない。また、樹脂発泡体3の比重は水の比重と比較して大幅に小さいので、樹脂発泡体3を充填しても竹製杭1の自重は非常に軽いままであるため、沈下抑制効果が大きい状態が長期間にわたって維持される。さらに、樹脂発泡体3を硬質又は半硬質ウレタン発泡体にすることにより、安価で扱いやすい硬質又は半硬質ウレタン発泡体を内部空間Sに充填するので、製造コストの上昇を抑制できる。【選択図】図1
