PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture of building accessory and a fixing structure capable of allowing a building accessory to be attached to an outer wall having a water-resistant layer after construction, which is adjustable in attachment position while ensuring the waterproofness.SOLUTION: A fixture 50 includes: an attachment body 51 which is formed so as to be disposed along an outdoor surface 261 of an FRP water-resistant layer 26; a coach screw 52 which is formed so as to fix the attachment body to a lower wall part 22; and a coupling bolt 53 which is formed so as to couple the attachment body 51 to a lower wall part 32. The coupling bolt 53 is disposed protruding from the attachment body 51 and is arranged to mount a washer 57 for adjusting the distance between the attachment body 51 and the lower wall part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建物用付設物を、防水層が施工された外壁面に後付施工でき、かつ、防水性を維持しつつ取付位置を調整可能な建物用付設物の取付具および取付構造を提供すること。【解決手段】取付具５０は、ＦＲＰ防水層２６の室外面２６１に沿って配置可能に形成された取付体５１と、取付体を下壁部２２に固定可能に形成されたコーチネジ５２と、取付体５１を下枠３２に連結可能に形成された連結ボルト５３とを備える。連結ボルト５３は、取付体５１から突出して配置され、取付体５１と下枠３２との間隔を調整するワッシャー５７を装着可能に構成される。【選択図】図３
