PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house with a garage which can sufficiently build a sense of unity between a living space and a garage space and secure comfort and habitability in the living space.SOLUTION: In a house with a garage, a habitable room 1 is constructed in a manner that connects a living space 11 and a garage space 12. The garage space 12 has a shutter device 4 at an entrance section thereof and side walls 14, on both sides of an entrance, which have wing walls 51 and 52 respectively at an exterior side and an interior side with the shutter device 4 installed in between. Mounting hardware to support rail members 43 of the shutter device 4 is installed in wing wall spaces between the exterior side wing walls 51 and the interior side wing walls 52. The rail members 43 and both side sections of the shutter device 4 are fit in the wing wall spaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】居住スペースと車庫スペースとの一体感を十分に得ることを可能にし、さらに居住スペースにおける快適性および居住性を確保した車庫付き住宅を提供する。【解決手段】車庫付き住宅は、居住スペース１１に車庫スペース１２を連続させた居室１を有し、車庫スペース１２の出入口部分にシャッター装置４を備え、出入口の左右の側壁１４には、シャッター装置４を挟んで屋外側と屋内側とにそれぞれ袖壁５１、５２が設けられ、屋外側の袖壁５１と屋内側の袖壁５２との間の袖壁空間に、シャッター装置４のレール部材４３を支持する取付金物が備えられ、レール部材４３およびシャッター装置４の左右両側部が納められている。【選択図】図１
