PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mud material which solves a problem of filling performance degradation at a time of mud material filling by containing a binder having low temperature dependence in the mud material, has low fluid temperature dependence and stable filling performance even if temperature at a time of application of the mud material varies, and can keep enough strength and build a good basis after filled inside of a furnace.SOLUTION: In a mud material consisting of a fire resisting aggregate and a binder, the binder in which vegetable oil and coal tar are blended is combined by 10-30 mass% in outer percentage for 100 mass% of the fire resisting aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の目的は、マッド材に温度依存性の低いバインダーを含有することで、マッド材充填時に発生する充填性能の低下という問題点を解決し、マッド材使用時の温度のバラつきがあっても流動性の温度依存性が少なく安定した充填性能をもち、更に、炉内に充填された後も十分な強度を保ち良好な基盤を築けるマッド材を提供することにある。【解決手段】本発明のマッド材は、耐火骨材及びバインダーからなるマッド材において、耐火骨材１００質量％に対し、植物油とコールタールを混合したバインダーを外掛けで１０〜３０質量％配合することを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
